Yesterday, we made it to our preliminary destination of Palm Cove Marina in Jacksonville Beach. Today after a leisurely breakfast on the boat, we spent the day negotiating our final slip location and grocery shopping. We were not happy with our initial dock assignment in view of the approaching storm but the Palm Cove management responded well and everyone is happy. The sad part of the day came when Gwynn finally had to leave for the airport. She was a fantastic crew member and is a great friend. She is welcome any time. We will miss her enthusiasm, optimism, and support.
