Today was all about hurricane prep. I took down all parts of the canvas enclosure, added extra lines, and moved my Starlink dish to a lower position on the boat so it is out of the primary winds and easier to reach if necessary. I left up the dodger and Bimini. Through shared potential adversity, all of the boaters on the dock have been working together or at least consulting with each other. Along with hurricane prep, we took care of the usual mondane tasks such as laundry, groceries, filling water tanks, and taking showers.
