To sail to Charleston from Beaufort, NC, we departed at 07:45 on Sunday, October 30, 2022. Once out of the Beaufort Inlet, we turned 225 degree to Frying Pan Shoal slough. We started cruising at about 8 knots with a N wind at 10-13 knots. We passed Frying Pan Shoal at 7: 45 pm Sunday night. From there, we turned to 239 degrees true toward Charleston Inlet. We averaged about 7.5 knots the rest of the way.
