Today we had no wind, so had to motor up to Black Point. On arrival we found a big crowd, but there is plenty of room in Big Major anchorage. Once anchored we explored with the dinghy and slipped through the north entrance between Fowl Cay and Big Major Spot. We only noticed a slight curren in the cut, but after exploring the reefs and area north and east of Big Major, we encountered a 5 knot current pouring out of the cut. We had to cross two big waves in the cut in our dinghy. Fortunately, the new outboard pushed us through. Big Major is a very pretty spot. We don't bother with the pigs.
