February 2019 Membership Meeting

For our February membership meeting, we met at the Grain on top of the Norfolk Hilton (The Main). Sergio Diehl gave an interesting an informative presentation about correctly using your VHF Digital Selective Calling (DSC) features. Many attendees were surprised about what they learned.
