Whisker pole is storage position.
The inside end of the pole is lifted up on the track by the block and line.
Movable Chock
Note the movable chock that slides up and down on the track and is used to stabilize the pole when vertical.

The outside end of the pole is locked into a deck chock at the base of the mast.
Finally Done
After attaching the top half of the track (alignment was a bear) and adding a block for a topping lift, the track is done.

Hanging out at the top
I took this picture while hanging out at the top of the mast. I was hoisted up by the red line which goes up on the right side and comes down to me on the left. Because I had to use the red line for another purpose, I temporarily switched my weight over to the white line with blue specs. That is why it is wrapped around the shroud.
The little white line is a messenger line that I am trying to send down through the mast. Because it would not just fall through, I sewed it to the jib halyard (red line) to pull it down to the bottom inside the mast. Lots of fun.

Fog horn/hailer - installed.
Surprisingly, I was able to do it and it seems fairly well hidden. I have to feed new wire down through the mast, then through the boat to the nav station.

This wild thing is an ion disappator, which is supposed to reduce your chances of a lightning strike. From the looks of it, I would say it was already hit. Ha.
